      Dr. Donn W. Laudermilch accepted a position at Rome Veterinary Center immediately following graduation. Dr. Donn attended Franklin & Marshall College from 1972-1975 and graduated from University of Pennsylvania with his VMD in 1979.

      Dr. Benjamin S. Laudermilch is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania and New York. Dr. Ben attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2000-2003 and graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine with his DVM in 2007.

    • Stephen D. Laudermilch DVM

      Dr. Laudermilch is a 2011 graduate of Cornell University. He completed a bachelor's degree in Biology at Indiana Wesleyan University. His interests include dairy cattle production medicine and surgery, equine medicine and reproduction, small animal medicine, surgery, and nutrition, exotic medicine, and many other aspects of veterinary medicine - too numerous to count. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Elisabeth, and together they have two little girls and four little boys. As a family, they enjoy spending time with their pets (three golden retrievers, one cat, one snake, two leopard geckos, and four fish,) playing family games, going on walks, and spending time around nature.

    • Chelsea Mathews, DVM

      Dr. Chelsea Mathews joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Family in June 2019.  She graduated from the University of Missouri.  Dr. Chelsea is most passionate about the human-animal bond and the important role our pets play in our lives and the lives of our clients.  She believes this bond is a taste of God's original Eden creation and is a beautiful gift here on earth.  Professionally she is most interested in preventative care, small animal surgery, special imaging, oncology and cardiology.  In her personal time she loves reading, horseback riding, music, theology, and youth ministry.  She has a husband named Jason and together they have two cats "Frederick and Mindy", three dogs, a Shar-Pei mix named "Capone" and two Chihuahuas.  Jason is a musician and pastor currently pursuing his MDIV.

    • Dara Strickland, BVMS

      Dr. Dara joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Family in July 2021.  Dr. Dara graduated with an undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences from LSU and then graduated with a Veterinary degree from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.  She is passionate about preventative health care for pets and client education.  Her professional interests include animal behavior, training, and rehabilitation.  Dr. Dara is also interested in the historical development of different dog breeds and helping people find the right breed for their lifestyle.  She is passionate about her faith and church community.  Enjoys writing and traveling.  Most of her family is in Texas where she grew up, but her parents live in Indonesia where she spent her high school years and developed a deep love for South-East Asia. Her cat, Micia, is named after the Italian word for "kitty" as a nod to the culture and country she most recently added to her favorite places; and her incredible collie, Clark, came to her during her first year in Scotland, where she now has a whole second family of people she loves.  Dr. Dara enjoys adventuring with Clark, and you may find him out and about with her, as he is also trained as her service dog to assist her in certain public places.

    • Lori A. Ross, BVSC; MRCVS

      Lori Ross, BVSC; MRCVS joined our team as a Small Animal Veterinarian at our Tunkhannock location.  She is originally from Pennsylvania and started working with us in December 2017.  Dr. Ross received her Bachelors in Biology from Delaware Valley College and graduated with a Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Liverpool, England in 1998. After practicing in England for several years, she came back to the USA and has been a Small Animal Practitioner in South East Pennsylvania for the past 12 years. Her interests include Small Animal Internal Medicine and Dentistry.  When not in the clinic she can be found working in her gardens or spending time with her two cats, "Sherman" and "Azaleigh" and her dog "Jewels".

    • Maria Crispell, DVM

      Dr. Maria Crispell joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  She has been with the Owego Veterinary Hospital since 2003.  Dr. Crispell received her Bachelor's Degree in Equine Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her DVM from Cornell.  She lives on a farm with her husband and son, Morgan horses, Shetland pony, Alpine dairy goats, dogs, cats, and chickens.  She enjoys gardening, baking, cheese making, her son's 4-H activities, and anything involving horses.

    • Marina Dando, DVM

      Dr. Marina (Shepelev) Dando joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  She became an associate veterinarian at the Owego Veterinary Hospital in 2015 after graduating from Cornell University.  Her professional interests include feline medicine and surgery.  She resides in Ithaca with her husband and her brood of 5 cats, Coco, Gumbo, Pebbles, Mickey and Bubbles, which she has slowly acquired since starting her job at Owego.  In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking , pickling, boating on Cayuga Lake, and traveling as much as she can to survive through the Ithaca winters!  She is also the writer behind PawPrints, a bimonthly column for the Owego PennySaver and the veterinary contributor for the O.D.O.G Association's Newsletter.

      Dr. Mark Roberts joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  He is passionate about treating clients and patients as family and doing his best one at a time.  Dr. Roberts received his DVM from Michigan State School of Veterinary Medicine.  His professional interests include soft tissue surgery.  He is married to Alexis and has two children, Alexander and Alyona, a dog "Jamie", and 2 guinea pigs.  Enjoys sailing, golf, cycling and volunteers at the local church and Rabies clinics.

      Dr. Richard Youket joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  He is passionate to emphasize preventive medicine.  Dr. Youket received his DVM from Cornell University in 1988.  His professional interest is in preventive medicine.  He is interested in environmental conservation and is a world series of birding annual participant.  The team he is on raises money for local wildlife rehabilitation.
