Veterinary Facility Manager

Associate Veterinarians

Several openings for Associate Veterinarians- Small, Large and mixed Animal Veterinarians needed- Various Locations (Athens, Rome, Montrose, Tunkhannock, PA & Owego, NY)

Responsibilities for a small animal veterinarian include the following:

• Equal workload shared with every associate veterinarian
• Willingness to be mentored
• Willingness to add to a professional environment
• Willingness to practice high-quality medicine

Positions to be filled for small animal, mixed animal/large animal for 2022:  

Responsibilities for a large animal/mixed animal veterinarian include the following:

• willing to work with large and small animals
• willing to share on call responsibility 

Qualifications required:

• Veterinary degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Satisfactory completion of national boards (NAVLE)
• Qualified to practice veterinary medicine in New York and Pennsylvania
• Any work experience level accepted (new graduate to experienced veterinarian)
• Preferably the applicant would have an interest in:
  • Dairy, Equine, and Small Animal  - for the mixed animal position (or dairy vet)
  • Small animal and some exotics - for the small animal position

Full-time Veterinary Technician/Assistant Split position between Athens & Owego to be filled for 2022:

Part-time Veterinary Technician/Assistant position in Athens, Montrose and Tunkhannock to be filled for 2022:  

Responsibilities include the following:

• Willingness to be mentored
• Willingness to participate in a professional environment
• Equal workload shared with veterinarians - meaning that technician would work with veterinarians
• Willingness to be part of a team
• Willingness to begin work a soon as possible 

Qualifications required:

• Previous animal experience
• Previous veterinary technician experience/satisfactory completion of accredited veterinary technician program
• Any work experience level accepted (new graduate to experienced veterinary technician)
• Preferably the applicant would have an interest in Small Animal with some interest in Dairy and Equine
