Liz joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary staff in October 2018. She is passionate about providing the best possible customer service to our clients and the highest standard of care for our patients in the waiting room. Liz has two years of experience working directly under a Veterinarian as a Tech Assistant and hopes to acquire her Vet Tech license in the near future. She has two rescue dogs, Starbird a female Black Lab/Border Collie mix who was surrendered to a shelter after 6 months of abuse. Liz adopted her in December of 2012 as she was the only human at the shelter who Star would give her trust to. Her other dog Layla is a female Boxer/GSHP Mix who was seized from an abandoned house where she stayed with her dog mom. Once a week, someone would stop to replenish food and water, but this was the only human interaction she had until she was seized, and Liz adopted her in February of 2013. She also has two cats whose stories are much less harrowing. Simba is an orange and white boy whom she received as a Christmas present in 2011 and Darby is a grey and white boy who appeared one day on her doorstep. Along with her four pets she has two stepsons, Nick -age 6 and Dylan- age 3 who enjoy playing fetch with her dogs and love playing Minecraft and Roblox. Their dad, her boyfriend, lives in Corning, NY and is a Human Resource Specialist at the VA in Bath, NY.
