      Dr. Donn W. Laudermilch accepted a position at Rome Veterinary Center immediately following graduation. Dr. Donn attended Franklin & Marshall College from 1972-1975 and graduated from University of Pennsylvania with his VMD in 1979.

      Dr. Benjamin S. Laudermilch is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania and New York. Dr. Ben attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2000-2003 and graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine with his DVM in 2007.

    • Stephen D. Laudermilch DVM

      Dr. Laudermilch is a 2011 graduate of Cornell University. He completed a bachelor's degree in Biology at Indiana Wesleyan University. His interests include dairy cattle production medicine and surgery, equine medicine and reproduction, small animal medicine and nutrition, exotic medicine, and many other aspects of veterinary medicine - too numerous to count. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Elisabeth, and together they have two little girls and three little boys. As a family, they enjoy spending time with their pets (three golden retrievers, one cat, one snake, and one fish,) playing family games, going on walks, and spending time around nature.

    • Cassie Faull, DVM

      Dr. Cassie Faull joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center Family as a small and large animal Veterinarian in May 2018 following graduation from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine.  She received her bachelor's degree in Biology at Grace College.  Cassie enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine, but she is especially interested in small ruminants and enjoyed a broad veterinary clinical experience in areas such as oncology, cardiology, neurology and theriogenology.  Outside of veterinary medicine, Cassie has a passion for the outdoors and hiking with her dog, "Mose".

    • Kimberly Mah, VMD

      Dr. Kimberly Mah joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary team in January 2018. Dr. Kimberly Mah holds her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.  She studied Small Animal Acupuncture at the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida.  Dr. Mah has worked in Northeast Pennsylvania as a small animal clinician and surgeon for the last 18 years. Before joining the Endless Mountains Veterinary Clinic, she taught at the Johnson College Veterinary Technology Program. Dr. Mah has also served to help communities, animal rescues, and shelters across Northeast Pennsylvania by working as a spay/neuter surgeon.  Dr. Mah is the proud mom of two dogs, "Sassy" and "Bijou", and three pet rats, "Bernard", "Arild", and "Eibhear".  She works in our Tunkhannock office and loves the town of Tunkhannock and its people.  In her spare time, she can be found helping out at a local martial arts studio where she is a certified black belt and instructor.

    • Lauren Healy, DVM

      Dr. Lauren Healy joined our Endless Mountains Veterinary family in July of 2017.  She is a 2016 Cornell University graduate with interests in equine lameness, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery.  While at Cornell, she took special courses in equine sports medicine and both farm animal and equine surgery.  After graduating, Dr. Lauren spent a year working for a mixed large animal practice in New York.  When not practicing veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Mark, their two dogs "Leo" and "Ghost", two cats "Minerva" and "Miles", and riding their horses "Ike" and "Kaida."

    • Lori A. Ross, BVSC; MRCVS

      Lori Ross, BVSC; MRCVS joined our team as a Small Animal Veterinarian at our Tunkhannock location.  She is originally from Pennsylvania and started working with us in December 2017.  Dr. Ross received her Bachelors in Biology from Delaware Valley College and graduated with a Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Liverpool, England in 1998. After practicing in England for several years, she came back to the USA and has been a Small Animal Practitioner in South East Pennsylvania for the past 12 years. Her interests include Small Animal Internal Medicine and Dentistry.  When not in the clinic she can be found working in her gardens or spending time with her two cats, "Sherman" and "Azaleigh" and her dog "Jewels".

      Dr. Maria Crispell joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  She has been with the Owego Veterinary Hospital since 2003.  Dr. Crispell received her Bachelor's Degree in Equine Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her DVM from Cornell.  She lives on a farm with her husband and son, Morgan horses, Shetland pony, Alpine dairy goats, dogs, cats, and chickens.  She enjoys gardening, baking, cheese making, her son's 4-H activities, and anything involving horses.

      Dr. Marina Shepelev joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  She became an associate veterinarian at the Owego Veterinary Hospital in 2015 after graduating from Cornell University.  Her professional interests include feline medicine and surgery.  She resides in Ithaca with her boyfriend and her brood of 5 cats, Coco, Gumbo, Pebbles, Mickey and Bubbles, which she has slowly acquired since starting her job at Owego.  In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking , pickling, boating on Cayuga Lake, and traveling as much as she can to survive through the Ithaca winters!  She is also the writer behind PawPrints, a bimonthly column for the Owego PennySaver and the veterinary contributor for the O.D.O.G Association's Newsletter.

      Dr. Mark Roberts joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  He is passionate about treating clients and patients as family and doing his best one at a time.  Dr. Roberts received his DVM from Michigan State School of Veterinary Medicine.  His professional interests include soft tissue surgery.  He is married to Alexis and has two children, Alexander and Alyona, a dog "Jamie", and 2 guinea pigs.  Enjoys sailing, golf, cycling and volunteers at the local church and Rabies clinics.

      Dr. Richard Youket joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  He is passionate to emphasize preventive medicine.  Dr. Youket received his DVM from Cornell University in 1988.  His professional interest is in preventive medicine.  He is interested in environmental conservation and is a world series of birding annual participant.  The team he is on raises money for local wildlife rehabilitation.

    • Alexis Garbarino- Small Animal Veterinary Assistant

      Alexis joined our Endless Mountains Veterinary Staff in May 2019 as an assistant in our Owego location.  Alexis is a DVM candidate, class of 2021 at the School of Veterinary Medicine, St. George's University.  We're excited to be part of her educational journey through vet school and to have her on board for the summer of 2019.  Alexis is very passionate about truly taking the time to get to know and interact with each and every client and patient in order to make them feel loved and important in and out of the clinic!  She has a Bachelor's degree in Biology and dual minor in Chemistry and Psychology from Le Moyne College.  She still has a few more years to go but is very interested in someday specializing in Oncology or Shelter Medicine.  Alexis comes from a small knit Italian family and has a yellow Labrador named "Lucia".  In her spare time she enjoys working out, playing pick-up Lacrosse, listening to country music and spending time with her family and friends.  Alexis also volunteers every Christmas Day with her dad and sister to serve and/or deliver Christmas dinners at the American Legion Post 80.  She also volunteers at the One Health One Medicine Clinics for the Island of Grenada.  These clinics provide vaccinations, medical care, and education to the more rural areas of the island!

      Ashlee Belawski joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary family in January 2019.  She is most passionate about animals and has worked on horse farms, babysitting animals, and rescuing animals in need.  She loves to race four-wheelers and that is where she spends most of her spare time and she enjoys spending time with her race family. She has a small very close amazing human family and spends as much time together as often as possible. Her animal family on the other hand is not so small. She has been known to be an animal collector.  She currently has 4 dogs, 5 feral cats, 2 indoor cats, 1 horse and 2 birds which couldn't make her happier!

    • Becky Coons, LVT- Small Animal Veterinary Technician

      Becky McNeil-Coons, LVT joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.   She grew up on a small dairy farm and loves dairy cows and is passionate about helping people.  Becky has a Veterinary Science Technology Degree from SUNY Delhi and a Agricultural Business Degree from Morrisville State.  She is professionally interested in being a surgical technician, in small animal nutrition, oncology, dairy health and feline health.  She enjoys spending time with family, photography, gardening, being outdoors, traveling to new places with her fiance' and cooking.  She has four cats "Lola", "Zoey", " Melvin" and "Theodore" and a dog named "Louis".  Becky is a volunteer at the local Fire Department to help with any dinners or BBQ's they have going on and she helps raise money for the local American Cancer Society.

      Casey McPherson has joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center, PC as our Financial Controller in February 2017.  He has a Associates Degree in Business Administration through Keystone College.  Casey has years of experience and knowledge in the financial field and a great work ethic.  He is married with two children and strives to be a role model for his kids.  Casey and his family, including their dog "Koko", live on a small family farm.  He also helps his family run a small business and enjoys watching them succeed.  His interests include hunting, dirt bike racing, he is a volunteer fireman, little league coach, and the Pike Township Auditor.

      Claire joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in May 2018 at our Tunkhannock location.  She is passionate about providing compassionate and personalized care to every client and their pets.  Claire has a BS from University of Scranton and is interested in preventative and behavioral health.  Her personal interests include helping shelter animals, education, hiking, Sudoku puzzles and spending time with friends and family. Her parents live on a farm in New York and she has three younger siblings.  Claire does not have any permanent pets, but fosters pitbulls from a local animal shelter which she is a volunteer.

    • Elizabeth Blakeman- Small Animal Veterinary Assistant

      Liz joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary staff in October 2018. She is passionate about providing the best possible customer service to our clients and the highest standard of care for our patients in the waiting room.  Liz has two years of experience working directly under a Veterinarian as a Tech Assistant and hopes to acquire her Vet Tech license in the near future.  She has two rescue dogs, Starbird a female Black Lab/Border Collie mix who was surrendered to a shelter after 6 months of abuse.  Liz adopted her in December of 2012 as she was the only human at the shelter who Star would give her trust to.  Her other dog Layla is a female Boxer/GSHP Mix who was seized from an abandoned house where she stayed with her dog mom.  Once a week, someone would stop to replenish food and water, but this was the only human interaction she had until she was seized, and Liz adopted her in February of 2013.  She also has two cats whose stories are much less harrowing.  Simba is an orange and white boy whom she received as a Christmas present in 2011 and Darby is a grey and white boy who appeared one day on her doorstep.  Along with her four pets she has two stepsons, Nick -age 6 and Dylan- age 3 who enjoy playing fetch with her dogs and love playing Minecraft and Roblox.  Their dad, her boyfriend, lives in Corning, NY and is a Human Resource Specialist at the VA in Bath, NY.

She is very passionate about client education and patient care. Lizzy has spent her entire life working with, showing and caring for animals of all shapes and sizes.  She started taking care of animals and their well being through 4H as a kid.  Lizzy has a yellow lab named "Molly" and two kittens named "Coodles & Noodles". She finds it very rewarding in so many ways especially when a long stay animal finds a forever home.       Jennifer joined our EMVC staff in June 2018.  She is passionate about helping the well being of all the animals and their owners.  Jennifer loves hiking and doing yoga.  She has a very smart outgoing two year-old corgi that she rescued. Her mom is her best friend and she lives in Pittsburgh with her dad and sister.  Jennifer likes to rescue animals and help our at the shelters.

      Jessica has worked with the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center since May of 2015.  Jessica was promoted to Technician Manager in August of 2017.  Jessica has shared her 24+ years of Veterinary Technician work with us and our clientele over the last couple years. She has also recently received her Re-certification as a Veterinary Nutritional Advocate through Hill's Pet Nutrition.  Through this certification program, Jessica is able to provide information and resources about dietary programs and solutions for pet health.  Endless Mountains Veterinary Center is a proud distributor of Hills Pet Foods and would be thrilled to work with you to build a dietary program for your pet to work on thyroid, digestive, skin, kidney and liver, weight management and many other issues.

      Jim joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Family in December 2018.  He has many years of experience in material handling and inventory control. Jim is a graduate of Lock Haven University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.  He loves cats and has been married for 31 years.  They have two kids who are both married. When Jim is not at work, you will find him outside golfing, hunting, woodworking, gardening or enjoying a backyard fire with friends.

      Joanna started working at the Oakleaf Therapeutic Horsemanship Center her senior year at Mountain View High School.  Joanna worked along side veterinarians and farriers for three years.  When she left Oakleaf Therapeutic Horsemanship Center, she hoped to find somewhere she could learn more about treating and taking care of animals properly.  She did have two dogs she loved and took care of while she was growing up, "Jackson" and Della" which lead her on the path of animal care.  Joanna starting working at the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center on Halloween in 2017 and has enjoyed every second of it since.  We are so happy to have her part of our Endless Mountains Veterinary family.

      Karen joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in April 2018.  She helps our clients learn more about our services, setting up appointments and receptionist duties.  She is passionate about providing great service to our clients.  Karen loves photography, gardening, wood carving, and building.  She moved here from the Seattle area last year so she is closer to her mom and family. She has three fish, a rooster named "Fred", three dogs; beagle "Henry", Shih Tzu "Finn", Maltese mix "Phelan"and four cats; "Max", "Mariner", "DZ" and "Liam".

      Kayla joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Family in November 2017.  She graduated from Montrose Area High School in 2016.  She had dogs, cats and guinea pigs while growing up, but while in high school she got her first dog of her own.  She has a big heart for all animals and is thrilled to work with the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center!  Kayla's interests include taking pictures, spending time with three dogs; "Nova", "Piper" and "Moose", as well as her friends and family.  She always wanted to pursue a career with animals and is so excited to see how far she can go!  Kayla has enjoyed every second of her job at the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center and is so excited to meet all the clients and their fur babies!

    • Keith Bockoven - Head Small Animal Veterinary Assistant & Montrose Facility Manager

      Keith started working with our small animal practice in November of 2014.  Keith has worked in the veterinary field since 1986. He started out working part-time at an Animal Hospital after school and on week-ends. He soon became the technician at the same practice after he graduated High School.  Keith went on to work at the Seeing Eye in Morristown, New Jersey, where he learned the detailed technical skills needed to be a successful technician in the animal medical field.  After heading up the technical staff of three Northern New Jersey Veterinary Practices, he transitioned into the Group Purchasing aspect of Veterinary Medicine and then on to Pet Healthcare Savings Programs.  With a wide array of technical, sales, customer service and marketing experience, Keith joins our team ready to expand and improve every aspect of Endless Mountains Veterinary Center, PC.  But secretly..... he just loves pets!

      Keith Hills, LVT joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  Keith loves seeing happy pet owners and healthy pets leave the hospital that had arrived upset and sick. He is a tech who received his degree from SUNY Delhi and is interested in surgeries.  Keith likes to play hockey in the winter, racing in the summer, camping, music and poetry.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen and three cats "Loofah", "Bad Kitty", and "Spud".  He provides transport for volunteers home delivered meals.

Laurie has a Associates Degree from Alfred State. She is very interested in physical therapy, laser therapy, and would love to learn about water therapy.  She has taken courses in dog massage and also enjoys pet-sitting.  Laurie has been married for twenty-six years -no kids but her pets are her kids!  They have two cats and two dogs.

    • Lindsey Rafford- Head small animal veterinary assistant

      Lindsey joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Family in November 2014 when she moved back to Sullivan County with her family.  Lindsey loved riding and training horses.  She has always worked with animals and at age 18 she started working at the local animal shelter.  She worked really hard on behavior modification with pets that were not able to be adopted right away and helping find rescues for abused and terrified animals.  During her 6 years at the animal shelter she enjoyed being able to help animals and their owners.  Lindsey's 4 year-old son is very interested in her job with animals. They spend a lot of time hiking, canoeing, swimming and other outdoor activities. She has a 5 year-old Pitbull mix, 2 year-old cat, a Crested Chameleon, and a Giant Day Gecko.  Lindsey is bound to have a foster animal or two in her care until a furever home is found for them.

      Lise has worked with our small animal practice since August 2017 in our Rome, Athens and Tunkhannock locations. Lisa started out as a dog groomer when she was  just 19 years-old!  It has always been a passion of Lise.  Throughout the years she has kept up with it in her spare time.  Lise is really excited to have this wonderful opportunity to groom pets full-time!       Lorraine Watson joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  She is passionate about always doing her best at all times.  Lorraine loves to spend time with her family and enjoying life.  She has been married for 32 years to Ron and they have a son named, Michael, four grandchildren and a chocolate lab named, Remington. Lorraine also rescued a cat named "Sally".  Her husband and son volunteer for "Fishing buddies for vets".  They donate to multiple charities for veterans.

      Lydia joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary family in January 2019.  She loves working in the veterinary field, going hunting, fishing, hiking and dirt racing.  She enjoys spending time with kids. Lydia is a mom of three amazing teenagers name Collin, Lacy and Blaine.  Her pet family consists of a 14 week-old Saint Bernard that is a handful and 6 month-old kitty that loves water.  Lydia has volunteered in school events and sports.

    • MacKenzie Caletka- Small Animal Veterinary Assistant

      MacKenzie joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in October 2018 and will be working in our Athens and Owego locations.  MacKenzie's love for animals began at a young age.  She always knew when she got older she wanted to work with animals in some aspect.  Throughout High School MacKenzie worked in numerous animal oriented facilities including BOCES Animal Science as a kennel attendant, Gray Horse Farm as a stable hand and EuPAWria as a sales associate.  In High School she attended a 2-year animal science program through BOCES, then after graduation went on to get her associates degree in Veterinary Technology at Alfred State College.  Also while being at Alfred State College she took some Agriculture Technology courses to fulfill her interests in large animals.  During her free time, you will either find MacKenzie at the shooting range shooting clay pigeons or horseback riding.  MacKenzie has shown horses since she was 13 years old and rode for Alfred State College on their western equestrian team. She loves to spend time with her loved ones and has 1 dog named, Tucker and 3 cats- Jack, Willis and Francis.

      Mary Goodspeed-Harrington joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  Mary is very passionate about making the animals feel loved and secure in and out of the clinic.  She graduated from Elmira College with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology.  Mary is very interested in animal behavior.  Understanding and reading the expressions of animals can mean a lot.  She attends local fundraiser with family and friends and enjoys volunteering at the local Stray Haven and SPCA.  Mary has two dogs "Paco" and "Junior" and a cat "Mr. Pickles.  She enjoys spending time with her family and animals creating memories and will be getting married this August.

    • Maya Hosabettu- Small Animal Veterinary Assistant

      Maya joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center at our Owego location in December 2018.  She is concerned about providing our clients and patients with as much compassion as she can.  Maya wants to contribute to an environment that can make our patients feel both safe and comfortable.  Personally she is passionate about wildlife and ecology and strives to contribute as much as she can to conservation efforts.  Maya has a bachelor's of Science in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation, and obtained her degree from the University of Florida.  She is currently taking classes to become certified as an LVT.  Her professional and personal interests lies in merging her wildlife experience with veterinary care.  Eventually she wants to work at a zoo or rehabilitation facility as a wild life veterinary technician. Maya lives on 55 acres of farmland with her boyfriend, Grant.  They have roughly 35 animals including alpacas, sheep, goats, chickens, pheasants, three dogs and a cat.  They use their German Shorthair Pointers to pheasant hunt.  Their malamute mix works hard at being a lap dog. Maya often volunteers at Tunison Lab of Aquatic Sciences as a biologist.  She assists with DNA analysis as well as field work conducting research.

    • Megan Dickinson, LVT- Small Animal Veterinary Technician

      Megan Dickinson, LVT joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  Megan loves the fast pace and all the prepping and figuring out that is needed for surgeries and emergencies in order to give a patient the best outcome.  She has an Associates Degree in Veterinary Science through SUNY Delhi.  Megan is very interested in Geriatric care and helping owners decide/figure out what's in the best interest for their animals alongside the vet.  Before she found a permanent job in the Vet world, she volunteered for the SNAP program (spay/neuter program) through the local SPCA.  She has a fianace', Rawley, two cats "Chase" and "Luna", two dogs "Ella" and "Diego".  "Diego" she rescued while working as a tech, he was malnourished with pancreatic insufficiency and with the help of her coworkers got him back to "life".

      Natalie joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in Montrose in June 2018. Her passion is helping people to understand how to better care for their animals.  She loves to work in the garden, go for hikes, kayak, and spend time with family.  In the past Natalie has rescued and re-homed many animals.  She has two dogs named Sadie and Sugar, two cats named Max and Peterson, and two bunnies named Quimby and Bella.

    • Rachel Schweiger, LVT-Small Animal Veterinary Technician

      Rachel joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary family the summer 2018. Rachael went to Alfred State College and obtained her associates degree in Veterinary Technology.  She then decided to further her career after graduation to obtain her bachelor's degree in Biology at Alfred University. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Pre-Health Sciences concentration in May of 2019.  In the fall Rachael will be attending Purdue University to study Veterinary Medicine to become a Veterinarian. She is passionate about caring for both companion animals and exotic animals. Rachael currently has three cats and has had pet mice and fish in the past.  Rachael volunteered a great amount with the Guiding Eyes for the Blind Organization this past year by becoming a certified dog sitter and dog sitting the guide dogs in training.  She loves working in Veterinary Medicine and can't wait to become a Veterinarian

    • Raven Worthing, LVT- Small Animal Veterinary Technician

      Raven Worthing, LVT joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  Raven fell in love with animals at a young age while growing up around many small and large animals.  She attended SUNY Delhi in 2012 where she received her Associates Degree in Veterinary Science and continued her education at SUNY Cobleskill in 2014 where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science.  Raven recently worked at the Cornell Dairy Research Farm as the assistant calf manager to fulfill her love of large animals. Raven has been working part-time at the Owego Vet center since 2013 and has recently joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary team as a full-time Vet Technician. She is dedicated to the health and well-being of every pet because they are the #1 priority.  She enjoys her new position as a surgery technician because she is able to aide in the care of pets undergoing surgical procedures and is able to be involved with the pre and post op responsibilities.  She loves spending time with her family and friends, her dog Layla, playing volleyball and enjoys the outdoors.

      Sara joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Family in August 2017.  She grew up on a small centennial dairy farm in lower Michigan.  Graduated from Michigan State University in their Veterinary Technology Program.  She worked in the veterinary field for 24 years and has been licensed in Maine, Michigan and New York.  Sara worked for 11 years in the Michigan Department of Agriculture TB eradication program.  Teams traveled from farm to farm for routine testing of cattle, elk, deer, and bison.  The rest of the years have been spent in mixed or small animal practices.

      Tina Williams joined Endless Mountains Veterinary Center in March 2018 - with the addition of the Owego Veterinary Hospital in Owego, NY.  Tina is passionate about animal health care and client education.  She has been a tech for over 20 years and spent 20 of those years in Europe.  Tina earned her tech license at the Heidelberg University in New Mexico.  She is most interested in Laser Therapy and Emergency Care.  Family means everything!  She has 2 grown sons, Michael and TJ and a daughter, Brianna.  Her family includes lots of animals 2 horses, 13 chickens, 2 Sphinx cats, Walter and Milton and 2 dogs, Angel and Lulah.  When she is not volunteering at the local animal shelter, she enjoys painting and spending time outdoors.
